REFUND POLICY
Refunds
Once your request for a refund is received and reviewed, we will notify you via email to confirm that we have received your request. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 working days from the date of approval.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please take the following steps:

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Reach out to your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund appears.

Sale Services
Only regular-priced services are eligible for refunds. Sale services cannot be refunded.
